Which digital SLR camera is the better buy?
Ok so i want to buy a digital SLR camera that can shoot video. My two choices are the Nikon D90 or the Canon EOS Rebel T1i. Which of the two would be the better buy considering all the features each camera contains?
So overall what do you think would be the better buy? The Nikon or the Canon?

The nikon D90.
I wish I had one of them.
If you are buying right now, the D90 is the only choice, because the T1i isn’t available until May.
T1i sounds pretty nice, but you may want to read a few more reports on it once it gets shipped to know for sure.
Nikon D90 is the better choice.
A Canon user myself, I still suggest the D90.
Firstly, it’s slightly more advanced than the T1i so you can expand your skills further without having to upgrade so soon.
Secondly, the D90 is established and people can help you. Getting the T1i when it comes out is not well thought out because, while there always needs to be a first to buy it, many reviews will still be new and undeveloped.
Thirdly, the D90 is just a better camera.
If you want the latest and greatest, get the T1i.
If you want a camera TODAY, go with the D90.
