Which Digital SLR camera have a complete/the most image editing functions?
I want a Digital SLR camera that can have this effect: It’s black and white but there is only the color red in the place where you want it to be. What is the name of that effect? and which Digital SLR camera have this kind of camera image editing?

I don’t mean to disappoint you, but a DSLR camera is a DSLR camera: very professional. They don’t have this feature that you want (colour accent; Everything is B/W except for one colour) or the colour swap (the rest of the image is colour, but you can swap one colour for another). You will need to do this photoshop when editing.
The only cameras that have this feature are the Canon compact digital cameras. Sorry!

In my experience with SLR cameras, i have never seen one with such a feature. It is a Digital SLR, not a point and shoot camera, so you are sacrifices that, and other unnecessary features for better image quality. You can imitate the effect in an image editor, but you aren’t going to find such an effect on a Digital SLR camera. If you want to have the feature, get a point and shoot.
just read an article in shutterbug mag. canon eos dslr’s. even the XS comes with the whole gammit.
Get any dSLR that suits your budget and use Photoshop Elements 7 to edit the photos.
Photoshop Elements will do far more than any dSLR will, don’t limit your choice of dSLR because of some obscure requirement that should be done after the photo is taken and before printing.
